Egypt will be the partner country for the 22^nd Arab-German Business Forum, hosted by Ghorfa and under the patronage of the German Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Energy. It will be held at the Hotel Ritz-Carlton Berlin during June 25^th to 27^th, 2019. The Egyptian Prime Minister, H.E. Dr. Mostafa Madbouly will be the guest of honor for the forum.

Topics covered during this forum will be: Egypt – a Hub for Business and Investment; showcasing success stories of German investments in Egypt, Energy and Petrochemical Industries, Industrialization, Investment, and Know-how transfer, Logistics and Infrastructure with the Suez Canal Economic Zone as an example, and Urban Planning.

The Egyptian Commercial Office in Berlin has organized, in cooperation with the German Arab Friendship Association and the IHK Nuremberg, a business event in Nuremberg on the 3^rd of May 2019 at IHK Nuremberg. This event was organized with the purpose of providing firsthand information about business opportunities with Egypt to companies in the region.  A delegation from the Egyptian General Authority for Investment and Freezones came from Egypt to present the business opportunities in Egypt at this event.
